MMF Solutions also offers Payroll services.  Details and costs are as follows:

• Payroll run cost: £3.50 per employee + 90p/per electronic payslip/P60 delivery to your dedicated online portal.  This includes:

• • Variable data input;
  • Calculation of SSP, SMP, SPP;
  • Online Real Time Information (RTI) filing for FPS & EPS;
  • Implementation of PAYE tax code changes;
  • Payslip delivery by OpenPayslips online portal, ready for you to view online, from any where, anytime.  See here for 'What is IRIS OpenPayslips'
  • Year end processing P60s.

• Starter/Leaver: £5.00 per employee.  This includes:

• • P45/Starter checklist (previously P46) processing;
  • Set up of new employee;
  • Processing of leaver including production of P45.

• Initial set-up of payroll data

• • This is charged at our standard hourly rate.  Details of requirements will be discussed at initial meeting/email.
